The battery charger is built into the battery case and has automatic charge protection to stop charging when the battery is completely full. Battery indicator lights ensure you always know the status of your battery life and how much power you have left for maximum safety and security. A fully charged battery will provide 8 hours of typical operation and over one year of standby/idle time. Volume/gain knob inside the cover offers more control over the sound. Weatherproof, high-impact construction withstands the abuse from daily use for long-lasting performance. Lightweight megaphone can also be powered by eight C batteries (sold separately).
