TOPS 3-part/15-item Sales Order Book

Sales Order Book features three-part carbonless forms that each details orders for up to 15 items. Wraparound back cover is attached to the back of the book to place between sets so you can prevent write-through. Order forms are consecutively numbered within each book. Each 15 lb. form offers a space at top for your company stamp. Detached size is 5-9/16" x 7-15/16". Paper sequence includes original in white, duplicate in canary and triplicate in pink.
